One clear inquiry. A short local bench. A calmer way to plan.
The Few and Fitting keeps wedding vendors intentionally local and limited: four seated vendors per category and metro, one focused inquiry, and replies you can typically expect within 48 hours.
01 · The cap
Four seats per bucket, and no pay-to-rank ladder.
A bucket is the pair (category, metro): photographers in Greensboro, florists in Winston-Salem, and so on. Each bucket has four vendor seats, never more.
The cap keeps the bench curated and the inquiry experience calm. Vendors cannot buy a higher spot, couples are not blasted to dozens of strangers, and every seated vendor receives the relevant inquiry. When all four seats are taken, a fifth vendor joins the waitlist instead.

Keep the bench readable
Couples can actually look at four local names instead of sorting through dozens of near-identical replies.
Keep placement fair
Every seated vendor shares the same kind of seat. No paid boost, auction, or higher tier puts one name above another.
Keep the inquiry relevant
Each seated vendor in the matched bucket receives the inquiry that fits their category and metro.
02 · The inquiry
One useful form, routed to a focused local bench.
You only need to tell us what helps a vendor understand the fit: your wedding date, metro and category, a little context about your style, and reliable contact details.
We check the basics, then route one inquiry to the up-to-four seated vendors in that category and metro. No marketplace race, no form sent to a crowd.

A clear handoff, with a 48-hour reply window.
You do not have to wonder what happened after you pressed send. The platform confirms your inquiry, alerts the matching bench, and keeps the reply state visible as vendors respond.
Expect replies typically within 48 hours. Vendors are asked to reach out within 24 hours, while the couple-facing window leaves room for the whole focused bench to respond.
